Our Programs

DEKADEMY currently offers the following programs to further DECA success: 

Mentorship Program: DEKADEMY's flagship program matches ICDC-qualifying, experiences DECA veterans with passionate newer members. Armed with our curriculum, mentors connect with and train mentees through workshops, mock roleplays, written presentations, and much more. The program is designed to provide mentees with a fantastic point of contact for all their questions. 

Webinar Series: Our webinar series is meant to provide members with unique DECA experiences which may not be available in broader chapter meetings. From judge panel Q&A's providing more information about what judges look for in roleplays and presentations to executive DECA leader presentations to much more. We intend to provide a wide scope of productive information to best prepare all members for competition.
